June 13, 20233 yr Chic Charnley We freed him twice (think he was sacked the second time) and were the only club to pay a transfer fee for him? We also gave George Shaw away who did okay for himself. Think that was part of the huge waste of money on the combined Charnley / Elliott signings

Think that was part of the huge waste of money on the combined Charnley / Elliott signings I was at Tynecastle the night Charnley disgraced the club with his stamping and spitting, not acceptable at our club even if Hearts had set out to wind him up He never accepted the responsibility that came with that transfer fee despite claiming to "love" St Mirren (obviously not as much as he loved celtic)
