January 31, 20224 yr Yes, good luck to Kyle. It was increasingly apparent that he was likely to be used as an impact player, coming off the bench when needed. Better for him to go elsewhere and get more regular game time

January 31, 20224 yr Good luck to Kyle but he just didn't deliver consistently enough. There were the odd moments of magic but throughout just under 3 years nowhere near enough.

If I am right in thinking there was a time when he was hooked after 60 mins regardless of his performance when he did actually start for us to try and manage his injuries.

Injuries done him over but can't track back or tackle or play 90 mins regularly.However a fine winger and can cross, beat a man inside out and pick a pass. Since he came back from Derby, he has always looked well overweight and unfit. Pre-Derby Kyle, looked a player (albeit in the Championship), but he just lost his way somehow. Injuries, weight issues etc etc.

His lifestyle is partly to blame. Some players are naturally gifted but lack the desire and work rate to be a top pro. McGinn and Morgan are two great examples of what can be achieved.
