Have to agree - we still go sideyways (If that's a real word) far too often and backwards even more. You'd think now that we are scoring goals, some of the players would have more confidence to have a pop ! Anyway another goal to get some space and anything further is a bonus ! C O Y S

February 6, 20215 yr Been a good game from us so far. Dominating possession and creating problems. Obika's work for the goal was fantastic but he has to be better with his ball control and has to stop waiting on the ball to come to him. Jim seems to have found a way for Kyle to play and he's had a really good first half. McGrath our best player so far but Ethan doing well too. Tait not really been in it much as Fraser seems to be nicking his role and IMO that's causing us problems at the back. We should be comfortable back there but we seem to be getting left with only 2 defenders. JDH is having to drop very deep to cover. I am DEFINITELY not a fan of having our goalkeeper heading the ball outside his area after what happened against Hibs. Not sure whether to persist with 3-5-2 to get the 2nd goal or to fall back to a safer 4-4-2. Overall very enjoyable.

February 6, 20215 yr Bit of a mixed back that first half, scrappy in places then short periods of pressure from both clubs. St Mirren with the better of it IMO & looked more threatening, Killie parking the bus at times. Nothing in any of the penalty shouts as well I don’t think. Well deserved lead at half time, hopefully put it to bed early doors.
