Would like us to go for Tansey and Polworth as permanent signings, and happy with the two young Irish lads we, ve been linked with on loan, that's half the January work done. New Goalkeeper, left back, Centre half and big centre Forward also required. Would like a bit of experience in these positions,

I must say, Flareybobs lunatic rantings aside it has been very quiet on the old speculation front.  Normally our wonderful club leaks like a seive with the identity of transfer targets well known to all and sundry (often to the demise of the deal).

 

Now that leaves two likely scenario's 

 

1)  The management team we have in place are highly professional and such news really has stayed with those who "need to know"

 

2)  We are doing absolutely f**kall

 

I choose to believe the first likely scenario and as the New Year rapidly approaches I yearn for an exciting intake of new talent to finally deliver some value for this season's season ticket purchase.

OR,    .............  pause for dramatic effect, Tony's back in training Gus has found some football viagra, Tommy Bryclands grandson just knocked on the door at the Simply Digital, and Basher and Yards have had body transplants ............... and then I woke up with a hangover ... shame  

So with the last game of the year played and the window opening tomorrow I wonder how many of the current squad have we seen for the last time, 4/6 newcomers?

Lot of rumours re incoming signings,  but so far nothing confirmed officially from the club. The most worrying thing for me is the total silence from Flareybob the man in the know.

& your opinion my friend is so important to me that I chose to watch some TV , scratch my balls for a while and finally have a shite before responding .
