Didn't agree with the appointment at the time and although its early days, beginning to look like I was wrong. He clearly has got something and recruitment looks a million times better than the absolutely useless John Park.
Long season ahead and I'm sure there will be some bumps along the way but style of football beats Robboball every day of the week. (look at Aberdeens shots on target stats!!!)
When you think of the state Robinson left the club in it's been a remarkable tunaround.

Just watched the highlights, Scales really took his chance very well, some header.
Disappointed in their 2nd goal, not for the first time we dithered in midfield and it cost us a goal.
Great response after that, deserved a draw.
Has to be remembered the difference in resources, great credit to the manager and it's very reassuring to have a very strong bench for a change.

I had a wee laugh at the slogan on Greatest Hits radio, heralding the introduction of Zoe Ball to the station.
In an obvious dig at Radio 2 it was announced,

Right, next up Rangers at Ibrox.
The cup result flattered them big time.
They got 3 very fortunate goals, we "scored" a pen which had to be retaken and hit the post.
Not saying we deserved to win the game but there wasn't 4 goals in it and I doubt there will be much in it this Wednesday.

They were remonstrating with the ref about the whistle being blown while we were on a good attacking phase near their 18 yard line.

Celtic were the better team ,both wingers were really good and posed us problems. Pity a mistake cost us the game though. We gave it a good go but just fell short. Saints also need to get the access sorted as many fans missed the start of the match. The ridiculous timing of the fixture ensured one of the lowest attendances this season. Strange how all the Celtic fans managed to get in no bother though.

Although we had some nice passages of play, I disagree. Celtic probably just shaded it. If we play like this I doubt we will be involved at the wrong end of the table.

He's a very important part of the way we, mostly, play out from the back.
As you say, he's also smart enough to hit it long when required.
He's also no bad at saving penalties. 😉

Decision making I will give you twice in 2 games coming out when he shouldn't but not going to knock his distribution which I think has been very good with a mixture of long balls and low passes out wide and through the centre.
